KALOS Productions (HK), founded in 2014 and based in Hong Kong, is a dynamic practice in arts management and producing. We have been working collectively with artists, producers and organisations in Hong Kong and internationally, to create synergies and platform for creativity to grow. We continue to ace our works in:
A – Artists
Supporting and working closely with independent artists who are struggling with limited resources, to develop long-term relationships with trust along their artistic journeys.
C – Connection
Building up professional networks and being a super-connector to match people with opportunities.
E – Event
Coordinating performing art projects and producing festival events, so as to create bridges between national and international partners.
Carrol Ho | Founder & Producer
Carrol is a highly driven and passionate producer whose love of dance and the transformative effect that it produces shines through and inspires others. She has toured frequently across Asia and Europe with her artists or on her own, creating new and innovative performances as well as coordinating dance festivals. Her passion is to create synergies and to form new partnerships around the world who share her vision.

BIOCarrol Ho graduated from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts in 2009 with a major in Chinese dance performance and minor in dance education. Previously, she was an arts administrator and manager at the Festivals Office of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department of the Government of the HKSAR and the City Contemporary Dance Company, a renowned dance organisation in Hong Kong. Since 2014, she became an independent producer, producing dance performances for independent choreographers, coordinating events for festivals in Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Vienna and Edinburgh, touring dance productions in Montreal, Edinburgh, London, Tallinn, Yokohama, Beijing, Taiwan and Brisbane, as well as producing dance film and curating new dance projects. Carrol keeps active between Europe and Asia on touring, producing new dance projects and coordinating festivals in recent years after she has obtained her master degree in Culture, Policy and Management from the City, University of London with the Overseas Arts Administration Scholarships from the Hong Kong Arts Development Council. #IndependentDanceProducer #Dancer #DanceTeacher #TravelLover #Engineer #Sales&MarketingPerson

Joyce is a very motivated individual who is interested in projects relating to community art and education. She has been working together with KALOS since 2017 on project basis.
